Free dormitory housing is available for all student participants.
Students will be housed in Yale residential colleges near the conference venue. Bedding and towels will be provided. Please indicate your housing needs when registering.

Transportation
🚆 By Train
Metro-North (from NYC)
Take the New Haven Line from Grand Central Terminal. The ride is approximately 2 hours. Union Station is a short walk or taxi ride from Yale's campus.
Amtrak
Direct service from Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. Trains stop at New Haven Union Station.
✈ By Air
Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN)
Located 5 miles from campus. Limited flights but very convenient.
Bradley International Airport (BDL)
Located in Hartford, approximately 50 miles north. Shuttle services available.
JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark (NYC area)
Take a train or shuttle from NYC airports to New Haven (approximately 2-3 hours).
🚗 By Car
Yale is accessible via I-95 and I-91. Visitor parking is available in campus lots and nearby garages.
